Hire An Attorney Who Knows How The Other Side Works
It helps to have a criminal defense attorney who understands the other side of the courtroom. Tim D. Kuykendall was a former prosecutor and district attorney before he founded his law firm to protect the rights of those facing criminal charges.
Tim evaluates cases from both sides to make the best decision in your case. He takes the time to learn all the facts of your circumstances to build a tough defense. While there are no guarantees on the outcome of a case, he works to get the charges against you dropped. If dismissal is not possible, he presses on to minimize the harsh penalties of a conviction.
