Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2007, Tim Kuykendall has established a successful private law practice as a criminal defense attorney. His practice is focused on felony and misdemeanor criminal cases in state and municipal courts.

Tim D. Kuykendall was the elected District Attorney for three terms for Cleveland, McClain and Garvin counties. During his tenure, he supervised a staff of approximately 100 employees, including attorneys, investigators, interns and secretaries; managed an annual budget of $5.6 million; and has worked on 130 homicide cases, including eight death penalty cases.
