Tim initiated numerous programs while at the District Attorneys office, including the Domestic Violence Unit, Adult Drug Court Program, Juvenile Drug Court Program, Community Sentencing, Mental Health Court, Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force, and a Truancy Program. He supervised a very successful child support division, increasing collection to over 12 million annually. The program won Oklahoma’s Office of the Year award in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2004, as well as the 2005 National Child Support Enforcement Association’s Most Outstanding Program award.

Other grants include a JAIBG grant (juvenile prosecution grant); VOCA grant (Victim of Crimes Act); VAWA grant (Violence Against Women Act); and a BRYNE grant (Multijurisdictional Drug Task Force Grant).

Tim has extensive experience dealing with public media. He has appeared on “60 Minutes,” “Good Morning America,” Forensic Files, “America’s Most Wanted” and CNN.
